Nutrio uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and the site working. No advertising trackers, no selling your browsing to anyone.

The short version

We keep a small session cookie so you don't have to sign in on every page, and we measure a little anonymised, aggregate usage so we can see what's slow or broken. That's it.

What we use

• Essential — a session cookie that remembers you're signed in and protects sign-in forms. The site can't work without it.
• Preferences — remembers small choices like light or dark theme.
• Anonymous analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregate counts that never identify you, used only to make the app more reliable.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential cookie will sign you out and may stop parts of the site from working, but you're always free to do it.
